No, publishing an event is FREE. Also including an image is FREE!

I cannot find the venue in the drop down box. What should I do?

Select "No Venue" and enter the venue details in the description.

I am getting the error "The file must be gif, png, jpg:" when saving an event.

Only gif, png, jpg image formats are supported. If your format is .jpeg rename the file to .jpg and upload and save.

What is "Broadcast live"?

You can broadcast your event live via Ceylon Portal web site. You will need to provide a digital video feed to us and that will be broadcasted via the Ceylon Portal web site. Contact us for more information

Is buying online secure?

Yes, credit card or PayPal transaction is done in PayPal website via a secure link. No credit card details are saved in Ceylon Portal.

What is "Subscribe to event alerts"?

You can subscribe to your favorite category and when an event of that type is published, you will get an email. e.g. If you subscribe to the category "Drama", then when an event of "drama" type is published you will get notified via email, once you register.
